About the Author

   Dr. Bill Mussen, a long time member of the International Game Fish Association, lives in Northern Virginia, and works for the Department of Defense as a Middle East specialist. He's been fishing for nearly 50 years, and has caught everything from panfish to tarpon, bass to snook, trout to sharks -- his largest catch is a 719 lb. tiger shark. Bill makes his own custom-built rods and terminal tackle, and buys lots of tackle via mail order - which led him to compile this book.
